Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy
We ship the orders within 1-2 days of time. Once the order is shipped the order will follow the Return and Refund Policy. If you cancel the order before shipping the team shall connect with you for further clarification and necessary action will be taken on your order.

Return Policy
Product once sold will not be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
No Exchange. In case of size exchange of readymades, exchange can be made within 3 working days from the date of receipt of courier. Courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Refunds
Product once sold will not be returned and no refunds will be allowed subject to product damage. In case of product damage, video for parcel opening is must for refund.

Cancellation

Sales once done, can not be cancelled.
